Mrs. Linda Watts resides in Leesburg, FL where she was a pre-school/kindergarten teacher for twenty years.  She has been actively involved in pageants for the past 30 years.  In 1986, she organized the Miss Leesburg Scholarship Pageant which awards ten thousand dollars each year to local students.  She is committed to stressing the importance of education through the scholarship program. All money for the scholarship is obtained through fund-raisers, ad sales and donations and requires year round effort.
